Jago Digital Academy Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Jago Digital Academy (the "Platform"), an online learning platform owned and operated by Bank Jago Tbk. ("Bank Jago"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Platform and all services provided through the Platform (collectively, the "Services").

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant such license to Jago Digital Academy.

- Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
- False, misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent.

- Containing any viruses, Trojan horses, malware, or other harmful or destructive code.

The Platform and the Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any of the content, materials, or trademarks on the Platform without Jago Digital Academy's prior written consent.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Jago Digital Academy does not control or endorse these third-party websites or services, and you agree that Jago Digital Academy is not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of any such websites or services.
8. Termination
Jago Digital Academy may terminate your access to the Platform and the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, if Jago Digital Academy found there is a fraud, suspicious, irrelevant activity for registration or usage or during learning period, and believes that you have violated any of these Terms.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM AND THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". JAGO DIGITAL ACADEMY MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. JAGO DIGITAL ACADEMY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM OR THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
10. Limitation of Liability
JAGO DIGITAL ACADEMY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR THE SERVICES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jago Digital Academy, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or the Services or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
13. Changes to Terms
Jago Digital Academy may change these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms on the Platform. You agree that you will review the Terms periodically and that your continued use of the Platform and the Services after any changes to the Terms will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Jago Digital Academy with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16. Waiver
No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

All notices and other communications hereunder shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered in person, upon the first business day following deposit in the mail, postage prepaid, certified or registered, return receipt requested, email addressed as follows:

or to such other addresses as either party may designate in writing from time to time.
18. Counterparts
These Terms may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
19. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of Jago Digital Academy. Jago Digital Academy may assign or transfer any of its rights or obligations under these Terms without notice to you.
20. Headings
The headings in these Terms are for reference only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
