As an Employer Branding & Engagement Intern, you'll support the People & Culture team in bringing Jago’s culture to life, both inside and outside the company. From creating engaging content for LinkedIn and Instagram, to helping run internal campaigns like wellness programs and intern events, you’ll get hands-on experience in storytelling, internal communications, and activation. As an IT Enterprise Banking System (EBS) Monitoring Intern, you will help build a "single pane of glass" dashboard to revolutionize our daily monitoring operations. You’ll gain deep technical exposure by implementing advanced monitoring and observability capabilities on CBAS—one of our most critical systems. This is a hands-on opportunity to bridge the gap between system performance and operational excellence in a banking environment.

Requirement:

Understand Data visualizer tools (hands-on experience is preferable).
Understand data digesting flow.
Understand RDBMS & noSQL is a plus.
Back-end programming experience.

As Creative Designer Intern, this role offers hands-on experience in honing design skills in a professional setting, including crafting eye-catching visuals & motion designs for in-app experiences, social media, blog content, and high-impact paid ads. This role also offers an opportunity to sharpen your creative skills through real campaigns, guided by an experienced team, while turning ideas into impactful visuals and building a solid portfolio.

Requirement:

Active university student in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, Motion, Video, or related field.
Solid grasp of layout, typography, color, and design principles.
Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite & AI-based creative tools.

As a Product Design & UX Intern, you will collaborate with our development team to bridge the gap between technical functionality and user experience within an Agile framework. You will actively contribute to the product's aesthetic appeal and usability by utilizing our established Design System to refine layouts, typography, and user journeys. By observing the full lifecycle from initial design to post-deployment, you will develop the technical know-how to transform complex user requirements into intuitive, polished digital solutions.

Requirement:

Active university student majoring in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or Product Management.
Have an exposure to product development, IT systems, or design fields such as Visual Communication, Product, or UI/UX Design.
Strong interest in complex systems and data-driven problem solving, complemented by a portfolio that demonstrates your practical abilities.
Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders, articulate issues clearly, and maintain professional communication across the team.
Punctual, open-minded individual with a positive attitude who can thrive under pressure and consistently meet project deadlines.

As a Product Analyst Intern on the PX team, you will dive into the full lifecycle of our HR digital products, transitioning from observation to active contribution within an Agile framework. This role bridges the gap between stakeholder vision and technical execution, allowing you to master the art of requirement gathering, data analysis, and product documentation. By managing Jira tickets and mapping user journeys, you will learn to transform complex conversations into functional product features while gaining a comprehensive view of how a professional development team operates from ideation to maintenance.

Requirement:

Active university student majoring in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or Product Management.
Familiar with the product development lifecycle, UI/UX design, or IT systems, with an added advantage if you are proficient in Excel and data modeling.
Highly organized and punctual with a proven ability to manage deadlines and utilize analytical skills to solve complex system problems.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively articulate issues and collaborate with diverse stakeholders; professional-level English for documentation is preferred.
Proactive, open-minded team player who can share a portfolio of work and is eager to turn conversations into actionable product results.

As a Tech Intern, you’ll be embedded in a cross-functional Agile squad, taking full-stack ownership of the products that power our user experience (PX). This isn't just about writing code; you’ll be responsible for the entire lifecycle—building, deploying, and running robust, resilient systems from the front-end to the back-end.

Requirement:
